Zoom!® In-Office Whitening

What would you do if you could achieve a whiter smile? La Cantera Dental Group is proud to offer Zoom!® In-Office Whitening to brighten your teeth. This solution can whiten your teeth by up to eight shades in only one appointment.

What is Zoom!® Whitening?

Zoom!® Whitening is an in-office whitening system that we have offered to our patients for many years. This bleaching process works to lighten discolored enamel due to extrinsic staining, leaving you with a whiter smile. People all over the world have seen incredible results from using this technology!

How Does it Work?

A complete Zoom!® Whitening treatment will take less than an hour. Before it begins, your dentist will place a covering over your lips and gums to protect them from the whitening agent. The Zoom!® hydrogen peroxide whitening gel works together with the Zoom!® light to break apart the stains on your teeth.

We keep the gel and light on your teeth for about 15 minutes before rinsing it off. We’ll then repeat the process a few more times or until you get your desired results.

Maintaining Your Whiter Smile

What you do after the treatment determines how long your whiter smile will last. We provide you with take-home whitening trays you can use to maintain your results. This kit features a slightly stronger solution than you’ll find in most stores.

Other things you should do to ensure your smile stays whiter for longer include:

  • Not smoking
  • Limiting staining foods or beverages
  • Maintain good oral hygiene
  • Keep up with routine dental visits
